David Siegel sells $75M unfinished mansion with rotating bed

David Siegel, a billionaire and CEO of a time-share firm called Westgate Resorts, is making news for putting an unfinished mansion on the market for $75 million, with the huge structure selling as-is.
Normally one sees a $7,500 used car selling ‘as is,’ but not usually a mansion dubbed ‘Versailles’ going for such a high price.
In the below slideshow photos of the manse sprawled over 90,000 square feet, realtor Lorraine Barrett examines drawings of what the home with 23 bathrooms, 13 bedrooms, 10 kitchens and 3 pools plans to look like when — and if — it is ever completed in such a down luxury home building market.
There’s one other curious feature from the bedroom photos below of the man who has been accused of offering a woman $1 million to have sex with him — and while Siegel claimed she was taking advantage of his attraction to her, the courts found he had to pay the woman for harassment.
The entrance contains a main room that could be used for receiving and entertaining guests in the $75M manse, while another photo shows a roller skating rink — unfinished as well at this point — on the ground floor of the controversial locale.
